Bonaiti B-Latch 12 Magnetic Interior Door Lock

Bonaiti B Latch 12 is a magnetic tubular latch for swing doors. Ideal minimalist solution, it’s the smallest magnetic lock for doors on the market nowadays.

This Bonaiti B Latch 12 magnetic mortise lock model is designed for standard American doors using American-style door handles with 51° rotation. 

Works with Emtek door leversets with Oval Rosette, Disk Rosette, Neos Rosette, Square Rosette, Modern Rosette, Whilshire Rosette, Quicy Rosette, Modern Rectangular Rosette, Urban Modern Rosette, 1-½" x3" Oval Rosette, and 1-½"x5" Rectangular Rosette.

The magnetic latch is part of the interior leverset and available in 2-3/8" (60mm) backset.

A powerful magnetic latch eliminates the need for lip strikes and door frame lip cut-outs. The magnetic striker is recessed in the door jamb and fully concealed when the door is closed. 

The Bonaiti B Latch works with American door lever, knob, and escutcheon designs such as Emtek, INOX, Schlage, and other architectural hardware providers.
