Eligible products may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all original fasteners and screws. Products showing any signs of installation or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
All items returned within 10 days of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Made-to-order items (all Verum, M&T, Griffwerk orders) are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Orders over US$5,000 are considered final sale.
Return Labels
The Angelbau Store does not cover return shipping costs.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses, including obtaining necessary documentation and labels.
The customer must use a shipping method that includes tracking, insurance, and signature upon delivery. The Angelbau Store is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return transit.
Any costs incurred during the return process, including shipping fees, are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Details
Refunds, excluding original shipping fees, will be issued to the original payment method once processed.
Refunds will reflect any original discounts and promotions.
